Once you arrive at Henley Regatta and walk into our Riverside Enclosure, you will experience the calmness of this beautiful setting. From the gardens outside our marquees, you have a view of the river and across to Temple Island. The marquee gardens are very close to the river and throughout the day the rowers, in perfect harmony, race each other at great physical exertion whilst you and your guests relax with a glass of champagne or Pimms.

We are able to provide a private marquee with a private garden area within our Riverside Enclosure for 30 guests and above. This will include plasma TV’s, which will be showing the first week of Wimbledon, a private bar area and the appropriate number of tables. Outside in your private garden area you will have tables and chairs to watch the rowing, whilst you relax and enjoy the English summer weather. Our private marquees vary in size to suit your requirements, with a maximum of 300 guests. It is also possible to brand your marquee although this is not necessary as we will already include flowers and table decorations. Some companies like to have the option to bring presentations or brand the marquee with individual colour schemes and their own floral decorations.

For smaller numbers we are able to provide the option of a shared marquee within our Riverside Enclosure. In our shared marquee it is possible to have a private table for 8, 10 or 12 guests with smaller numbers seated on shared tables.

We will serve you a champagne, Pimms and Canapé reception, delicious four course luncheon and afternoon tea, as well as a full complimentary bar including Pimms with a perfect backdrop for your relaxed hospitality day with your clients and guests. We have a band in our garden which plays both jazz and popular music on request, a close-up magician who will leave you and your guests amazed plus live coverage of the first week of Wimbledon on the televisions in our marquees.

Our Riverside Enclosure provides a delightful atmosphere where all guests have a common goal of enjoying a great day out. By late afternoon, with the band playing outside, there can be quite a party atmosphere.

Take the stress out of your journey by adding an optional return riverboat taxi from Henley Station to the marquee to your package. Take in the scenic views of the beautiful countryside whilst you enjoy a relaxing cruise down the river. Price and further details are available upon request.
