THE 2023 CHELTENHAM FESTIVALWe want to make you aware that we are now getting extremely limited on steam train places for the 2023 Cheltenham Festival, particularly on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday where we are now sold out of Train 1 places and over 3 quarters of space on train 2. We appreciate it may seem early with the jump season only just starting but we have seen huge demand for next year’s Festival and fully expect demand to exceed supply and for us to sell out even earlier than usual. We cannot increase capacity and as you will all be aware, once you have done the train once, you’ll never travel to the racecourse any other way. Therefore, we urge any clients who would normally book with us (that haven’t already), to contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ON 01825 746082 to discuss any requirements for March.
In addition to the steam trains, our Northern Belle luxury fine dining train that we operate from London to Cheltenham Racecourse on Gold Cup Day is also now close to sell out. Please contact us on 01825 746082 with any requirements whilst we have availability.

We have a limited number of reserved seats available which can be purchased in conjunction with our magnificent steam train transfer and an entrance ticket. Our seats are located in two areas of the racecourse which are as follows;
Guinness Grandstand Seats
The Guinness Grandstand is a temporary structure overlooking the last fence. It is an elevated structure with a reserved seating section where you can watch the racing from a raised vantage point. The seats will all be together in a block and reserved for you for the whole day. The structure is also covered so if there is rain, it gives you someone to watch the racing without getting wet. A selection of bars and eateries are located behind the seats, meaning you can get food and drink in between races with ease.
Grandstand Seats
Seats in the Main Grandstand can be purchased providing you with the best seats in the house for the racing, directly overlooking the winning post. The seats are reserved for you for the whole day and are allocated in blocks meaning that your group will be all sat together. Not only do the seats provide you with the ultimate view of the racing and put you in the thick of the action and atmosphere, they also provide access to the adjoining members lounge which can be used as a base for the day with betting facilities and food and drink available to be purchase.
