DUE TO STRONG SALES WE WANTED TO MAKE YOU AWARE THAT WE ARE GETTING VERY LIMITED ON STEAM TRAIN / ACCOMMODATION AND HOSPITALITY PLACES ACROSS THE WEEK FOR THE 2018 CHELTENHAM FESTIVAL (TUES 13th – FRIDAY 16th MARCH 18). FOR ANY CLIENTS WHO WOULD NORMALLY BOOK WITH US (THAT HAVEN’T ALREADY) WE SUGGEST THAT YOU CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENTS & SECURE YOUR PLACES. NOTE THAT WE ARE SOLD OUT OF ALL BUT ONE BOX IN THE MAIN GRANDSTAND AND ALSO IN THE LOLLIPOP CLUB ON GOLD CUP DAY WITH ONLY A FEW PLACES AVAILABLE ON THE TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY. THE NEW CHASE VIEW STRUCTURE IS ALSO LIMITED ACROSS ALL DAYS. WITH REGARDS TO THE STEAM TRAIN, WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO INCREASE CAPACITY FOR 2018 AND WE HAVE TAKEN MANY BOOKINGS FROM REPEAT CUSTOMERS AND THOSE WHO MISSED OUT IN 2017 – WE HAD A WAITING LIST OF OVER 100 PLACES A DAY. SPACE IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ON ALL DAYS, HOWEVER, WE ENVISAGE SELLING OUT MUCH EARLIER THAN USUAL. The Cheltenham Festival is without doubt the greatest racing Festival of the year, as the sight of the very best National Hunt horses leaping the Cheltenham fences is breath taking. Our private and shared Chase View boxes have balconies that give you a wonderful view of the horses jumping the most important fences in a race, the last two, before powering up the hill to the winning post. The winners are often the horses that jump these last two fences quickly and fluently. It is a wonderful sight and so convenient in that as soon as the race is over you will be able to take a few steps back to your table to continue your hospitality and anticipate the next race and try to predict the drama and result that will unfold.
Private boxes are available for groups of 30 / 40 + guests with smaller numbers accommodated in shared boxes. Our private and shared boxes are located on two levels in the temporary structure by the last fences. The boxes are glass fronted, course facing with viewing balcony and in a prime position standing very close to the trackside.
The boxes are the best available at Cheltenham outside of the main Grandstand, offering a stylish and spacious area in which to entertain. There is also a large TV screen opposite the balcony so it is easy for clients to follow their race selections. Betting facilities & toilets are easily accessed on the box corridor, avoiding the hassle of having to travel outside of your box into the crowds.

For the 2018 Cheltenham Festival, we are delighted to be able to offer a unique opportunity for you to have hospitality within a shared 60 seater suite in the main Grandstand for sit down dining. Any number of guests can be catered for with private tables of 10 / 12 available and smaller numbers accommodated on shared tables. Our light and spacious suite with full hospitality, hostess service and large TV is located at the back of the main Grandstand. The suite comes with reserved member’s seats which are yours for the day and are located on level 3, directly over the winning post. They are only a short walk away from the hospitality suite and give you the best possible view of the racing. There are toilets and a Tote facility outside the suite and you also have access to a balcony overlooking the Parade Ring.
The view from your seats is the best view on the course. There are panoramic views to your left and the finish takes place in front of you, with the Winning Post directly below. In addition, to your right, there is a large screen for close-up viewing of the race when the horses are on the far side of the course. Your reserved member’s seats are allocated in blocks so all of your guests will be seated together.
The main Grandstand is the best place to experience the Cheltenham atmosphere. You will be in the perfect place to enjoy the legendary Cheltenham atmosphere and famous roar at the start of each day. Also, the winners will walk back in front of you on their way to the Winners Enclosure to the cheers of the crowd. Truly amazing!

| Mick Fitzgerald is a retired National Hunt jockey who is widely regarded as one of the most successful National Hunt jockeys of all time riding with over 1300 winners under his belt. As stable jockey for Nicky Henderson, Mick has won many notable races including the Cheltenham Gold Cup, Grand National & the Hennessy. Mick is currently an active television racing presenter for ITV and At The Races and has extensive knowledge on all things racing. |

The boxes are located on level 4 of the Main Grandstand and are similar to the Lollipop Club in the sense that they overlook the rear of the racecourse but come with reserved members seats which are yours for the day located overlooking the final furlong & winning post. This is a great opportunity to have a private facility in the thick or the action & atmosphere.

In 2018, we are offering our uniquely positioned marquee which is located in the heart of The Courtyard. Having our marquee in the new Courtyard means our clients can access the Guinness Grandstand, Parade Ring, Main Grandstand, Shopping Village and viewing areas of the racecourse extremely easily.
During your stay in our marquee, you will be embraced with a warm, welcoming and exciting racing spirit. Your hospitality includes a fantastic four course luncheon prepared by our top caterers with complimentary drinks at your request. Your day will be enhanced with an appearance by our celebrity tipster who will give you his expert advice and tips on the day’s fantastic racing.
A reserved Guinness Grandstand seat can be added to the marquee package which will offer you a reserved seat for the day and great views of the racing from an elevated position (additional cost).

| John Francome MBE is a retired National Hunt Champion Jockey, active television pundit and author. During his illustrious career he rode over 1,100 winners and was Champion Jockey seven times.
