Return Steam Train Transfer
We give you the unique opportunity to avoid the race traffic in and around Cheltenham racecourse by starting your journey at Toddington railway station and taking our magnificent steam train directly to the back of the main Grandstand at Cheltenham Racecourse. You will miss all of the traffic and congestion! The steam train can be purchased on its own or can be coupled with one of our VIP hospitality packages at a 25% discount.

Travelling from London to the back of the main Grandstand
We recognise that Cheltenham visitors who come from London often take the train to Cheltenham Spa station. The problem with this is that they have an arduous journey from the other side of Cheltenham to the racecourse in horrendous traffic, some even complaining that the bus transfer has taken well over an hour. Our solution offers a transfer from London direct to the back of the Grandstand at the racecourse enabling you to utilise our magnificent steam train.

VIP Marquee Hospitality
The position of our flagship marquee is without doubt one of the best in the Tented Village, being one of the first marquees you approach as you walk past the Guinness Grandstand. Having our marquee near the front of the tented village means our clients can access the Paddock, Grandstand and viewing areas extremely easily. Full hospitality including a Champagne reception, four course luncheon, full afternoon tea and complimentary bar is included. Our celebrity tipster will also be on hand to give his expert advice on the day’s racing.

Private Main Grandstand Boxes
We have a private 12 & 16 seater box located within the main Grandstand for all four days of the 2016 Cheltenham Festival. The boxes come with reserved members seats located directly overlooking the winning post. To access your seats, you have a very short walk down to Level 3 to experience your perfect view of the racing. In addition, there is a short walk to a balcony overlooking the parade ring to give you the best of both worlds. Full VIP hospitality is included.
