For the 2016 Cheltenham Festival, we are delighted to be able to offer a unique opportunity for hospitality within a shared suite in the main Grandstand which is available for 60 guests for sit down dining. Our light and spacious suite with full hospitality, hostess service and large TV is located at the back of the main Grandstand. The suite comes with reserved members seats which are yours for the day and are located on level 3, directly over the winning post. They are only a short walk away from the hospitality suite and give you the best possible view of the racing. There are toilets and a Tote facility outside the suite and you also have access to a balcony overlooking the Parade Ring.
Private tables of 10 are available (possible to have x 1 private table of 12) with smaller numbers accommodated on shared tables.
The view from your seats is the best view on the course. There are panoramic views to your left and the finish takes place in front of you, with the Winning Post directly below. In addition, to your right, there is a large screen for close-up viewing of the race when the horses are on the far side of the course. Your reserved members seats are allocated in blocks so all of your guests will be seated together.
The main Grandstand is the best place to experience the Cheltenham atmosphere. You will be in the perfect place to enjoy the legendary Cheltenham atmosphere and famous roar at the start of each day. Also, the winners will walk back in front of you on their way to the Winners Enclosure to the cheers of the crowd. Truly amazing!
