THE LOLLIPOP CLUB – SHARED MAIN GRANDSTAND SUITE

We are delighted to be able to offer a unique opportunity for hospitality in our signature suite in the main Grandstand, available for 64 guests for sit down dining. Our light and spacious suite, known as The Lollipop Club, due to its proximity to the winning post, comes with full hospitality, hostess service and a large TV. To enhance your day further, we have secured a special appearance by ITV racing presenter and ex-jockey, Mick Fitzgerald, who will come to the suite to explore the racecard with you all and give his expert insight into the day’s racing.

The suite is located at the back of the main Grandstand on level 5. It is non-course facing, however, included in your package are reserved members’ seats, located on level 3 directly over the winning post. It only takes a couple of minutes to walk to your seat, which is yours for day, allowing you to enjoy the best possible view of the day’s racing. Toilets and Tote betting facilities are easily accessible outside the suite. There is also a balcony overlooking the Parade Ring which can be accessed from the corridor on the same level. The suite provides private tables of 10 or 12 with smaller numbers accommodated on shared tables.

This package is all about the view. From your reserved members’ seats you have access to the best view on the course. As well as the spectacular panorama and finish line below, to your right is a large screen for close-up viewing of the race when the horses are on the far side of the course. Your seats are allocated in blocks so you can rest assured that you and your guests will all be together.

PRIVATE BOX – MAIN GRANDSTAND

In your own private 12 seater box, you will enjoy full VIP hospitality before making your way down to the Members’ area where you can view the racing from your exclusively reserved seats on level 3, overlooking the winning post. This elevated position provides the ultimate view of each race and the seats are yours for the day. During the afternoon you can go back to the box at any time to make use of the complimentary bar and savour the afternoon tea.

The box is located on Level 4 of the main Grandstand with a window running the full length of the box overlooking the rear of the Grandstand. To access your seats, there is a very short walk down to Level 3 where you can enjoy the ultimate viewing experience. In addition, you have access to a balcony overlooking the parade ring, a short walk from the box, giving you the best of both worlds. The box is available privately for 12 guests for sit down silver service dining or up to 20 guests for buffet style dining.
