We are offering a very unique opportunity to entertain your clients in the Royal Box at Epsom on Wednesday 25th April, Thursday 5th July, Thursday 12th July and Thursday 13th September 2018. The Royal Family including the Queen use the box for Derby Day of the Epsom Festival so this is a very prestigious opportunity for your clients to experience a day at the races in a Royal facility.
The box will hold a total of 60 guests on a shared basis, and we have six private tables of 10 currently available for each date. The box is located on the 2nd floor of the Queen’s Stand and it has its own private curved viewing balcony directly overlooking the winning post and winner’s enclosure. This is a very unique opportunity to entertain your clients and will be a real talking point for years to come.
On arrival and after going through the glass sliding doors onto the spacious balcony directly overlooking the winning post, you will be seduced by the wonderful views and the thought of watching the top class racing that is to come later on in the day. Your hospitality package includes everything that you will need, from unlimited beers, wines, soft drinks, selected spirits and a three-course lunch. You will want for nothing and your waiting staff will ensure that you do not have to worry about getting your guests drinks throughout the day as they will attend to your every need.
The box also overlooks the winner’s enclosure for any of those who want to see the horses close-up after each of the 6 or 7 races. This is a truly fantastic experience. The Royal Box is perfectly located to make the most of a wonderful English racing event.
