We give you the unique opportunity to avoid the race traffic in and around Cheltenham Racecourse by starting your day at Toddington Railway Station and taking our magnificent steam train directly to the back of the main Grandstand at Cheltenham Racecourse. This is a fantastic way for guests to start and end their day in unique and nostalgic fashion. Guests will also miss all of the traffic and congestion in and around the racecourse!

CHELTENHAM OPEN MEETING ONLY:
Our Parade Ring Restaurant is located in a temporary structure located overlooking the horse walk and Parade Ring. It also provides easy access to the Club viewing areas and shopping village. A fully comprehensive hospitality package is offered, including a Champagne reception, 4 course bowl food menu, afternoon tea and complimentary bar including beers, wines, soft drinks and spirits. Return steam train transfer is included as part of the package.

CHELTENHAM FESTIVAL ONLY:
Combine your steam train transfer with an entrance ticket to the Cheltenham Festival. There are two types of entrance ticket available for the Festival, Club and Tattersall. Club tickets allow you access to all areas of the racecourse. Tattersall tickets are a little more limited allowing guests access to the viewing areas after the winning post and in front of the Guinness Grandstand. A Guinness Grandstand seat can also be purchased with a Club or Tattersall entrance ticket, which will offer you a reserved seat for the day overlooking the last fence, perfect for those who want a good view of the racing.

Our Racegoers Hospitality & Steam Train package offers great value for money for the 2017 Cheltenham Festival. The package includes our magnificent return steam train transfer from Toddington railway station directly to the back of the main grandstand at Cheltenham Racecourse & hospitality within a well positioned marquee. A 2 course buffet and light afternoon tea is included. There is a cash bar facility and you can have a private table for any number of guests. Guinness Grandstand seats can be added to give you a reserved and elevated seat for the racing.

Our boxes at Cheltenham are located in the 3 tiered temporary structure which looks up the back straight of the racecourse and offers views of the final two fences. We can offer private boxes for groups of 24, 28 & 40 guests with shared box restaurants also available for smaller groups. All our boxes have outside viewing balconies that offer magnificent views of the racing. Full VIP hospitality is also included.

CHELTENHAM FESTIVAL ONLY:
We have private 12 – 16 seater boxes located within the main Grandstand for all four days of the 2017 Cheltenham Festival. The boxes overlook the rear of the racecourse but come with reserved members seats located directly over the winning post. To access your seats, you have a very short walk down to Level 3 to experience your perfect view of the racing. In addition, there is a short walk to a balcony overlooking the parade ring to give you the best of both worlds. Full VIP hospitality is included.
