We give you the unique opportunity to avoid the race traffic in and around Cheltenham Racecourse by starting your day at Toddington Railway Station and taking our magnificent steam train directly to the back of the main Grandstand at Cheltenham Racecourse. This is a fantastic way for guests to start and end their day in unique and nostalgic fashion. Guests will also miss all of the traffic and congestion in and around the racecourse!

Our Hall of Fame restaurant is located in the heart of the action providing easy access to the Club viewing areas, Tented Village and Parade Ring. A fully comprehensive hospitality package is offered, including a glass of Bucks Fizz on arrival, superb buffet brunch & light afternoon tea. Return steam train transfer is included as part of the package.

Our Parade Ring Restaurant is located in a temporary structure located overlooking the horse walk and Parade Ring. It also provides easy access to the Club viewing areas and shopping village. A fully comprehensive hospitality package is offered, including a Champagne reception, 4 course bowl food menu, afternoon tea and complimentary bar including beers, wines, soft drinks and spirits. Return steam train transfer is included as part of the package.

There were record crowds at Cheltenham Racecourse for this year’s Festival with all steam train places & hospitality packages completely selling out well in advance of the Festival week. With St Patricks Day again falling during the 2017 Cheltenham Festival week we are anticipating another strong Festival and an early sell out. This year we also had a waiting list of over 100 places a day for the steam train and we have been unable to increase capacity for 2017 due to operational issues. We therefore recommend that you contact us on 01825 760065 and secure your places for 2017 as soon as possible to avoid missing out. We have a wide range of hospitality options to suit all budgets and requirements including well positioned marquees, restaurants providing easy access to the viewing areas, shared and private viewing boxes with balconies and boxes within the main Grandstand.
