RIVERSIDE ENCLOSURE
Once you arrive at Henley Regatta and walk into our Riverside Enclosure, you will experience the calmness of this beautiful setting. From the gardens outside our marquees, you have a view of the river and across to Temple Island. The marquee gardens are very close to the river and throughout the day the rowers race each other at great physical exertion whilst you and your guests relax with a glass of champagne or Pimms. The standard of rowing is at the highest level with many of our Olympic athletes competing for their relevant clubs. There is a band in the garden which plays both jazz and popular music on request and live coverage of the first week of Wimbledon on the televisions inside the marquees. You are provided with the perfect backdrop for your relaxed hospitality day with your clients and guests.
We are able to provide private marquees at Henley for 30+ guests or for smaller numbers we have shared marquees. In our shared marquees it is possible to have private tables of 8, 10 or 12, and if possible smaller numbers on request. Our shared marquees provide a nice atmosphere where all guests have a common goal of enjoying a great day out. By late afternoon, with the band playing outside, there can be quite a party atmosphere.

NEW for 2016 we are delighted to welcome Maria Evangelou who will entertain you after dinner with  her compelling, sassy performance, singing well known songs that will get everyone’s toes tapping.
Taking us back to the 60s, Maria Evangelou is a new face in a bygone genre who’s rhythmic voice masterfully pays homage to soul, blues and jazz with a retro pop feel. Maria approaches her music with a mature expressiveness that draws comparisons to the likes of Amy Winehouse and Duffy.
